2026 FALL PLAYOFFS

🟥 PHASE #1: INitiation phase cup

Phase 1 set the tone for the 2026 Fall Playoffs. From an original field of 403 Regular Season Fellows, the top 110 performers across all four fall fellowships (~27%) were selected to move forward and continue their journey to become MAP 5-Stars — each now earning their status as 4-Star Recruits ⭐️.

From that elite group, ~20 athletes were chosen to lead their teams of five through the Playoffs as Initiation Phase Captains. As you move through the page, you’ll find model responses from their two HireVue reps + leaderboard rankings from the Initiation Cup.
