Week 2 shifted the momentum of the 2026 Spring Regular Season. With higher expectations โ and a new level of structure โ Scrimmage #2 immediately reshuffled the standings. This rep was all about the tangibles: how well you learned and applied our patented behavioral frameworks (GATE, STARTT, REAL) and whether you could deliver crisp, controlled, analyst-ready storytelling. With more clarity and scaffolding, several Fellows rose fast โ and a completely new 100 Club emerged โ showing who could translate guidance into game-ready execution.
As you move through this page, youโll find our updated ๐ฏ club, the new Top 25 Leaderboard, and HireVue recommendations based on your GATE video rep. Treat this guidance like technical film study: analyze pace, UPBEAT delivery, posture, word economy, and the ability to sound polished without sounding rehearsed. The strongest competitors refine their mechanics every rep โ use these insights to fuel you for Week 3.
