2026 SPRING REGULAR SEASON

WEEK #1: INTANGIBLES CUP

Week 1 set the tone for the 2026 Spring Regular Season. With a strong submission rate โ€” and a few necessary cuts โ€” Scrimmage #1 immediately began separating contenders from pretenders. This first rep was all about intangibles: presence, composure, energy, and how you compete under pressure. Several Fellows created early distance with confident, controlled performances and extra reps that signaled theyโ€™re ready to lead the field.

As you move through this page, youโ€™ll find our inaugural ๐Ÿ’ฏ club, the Top 25 Leaderboard, and 5-6 model ESPY responses from peers across all five fellowships. Treat the clips like real game tape: study pacing, tone, posture, and control the same way you would prepare for your sport. The best athletes learn by watching great reps โ€” use these insights to fuel your preparation for Week 2.

๐Ÿ“‚ Scrimmage #1 Scorecards โ€” (available Mon., 4/6, at 10 AM)

THE ๐Ÿ’ฏ CLUB

Outstanding performances across Scrimmage #1! After a highly competitive opening week, we are proud to recognize the athletes who earned a 100% score for Scrimmage #1 โ€” officially joining the 100% Club. This distinction is reserved for those who demonstrated complete command of their plays: preparation, poise under pressure, clarity, storytelling, and mastery of the intangibles. These are the performances that set the tone for the entire season.

  • Compelling content (memorable, specific, intentional)

โžก๏ธ This is the standard required to advance to the Live Interview Round in a real HireVue setting.
