All five Winter Fellowships conclude with a league-wide postseason showcase, where finalist teams present directly to Deloitte, Bank of America, UBS, Oliver Wyman, Wells Fargo, and other MAP partners — earning Elite, Strong, or Watchlist recommendations for Summer Analyst recruiting cycles.
